The Fudan-CityU DBA is fully taught in Chinese, with professors teaching in Chinese and dissertations written in Chinese, without any language barrier. CityU is one of the 8 Hong Kong universities that have mutual recognition of degrees with the Mainland. However, if you want to do the Ministry of Education (MOE) academic accreditation, I am afraid that the accreditation may be difficult as the DBA is a part-time degree program, and the time spent studying outside the country does not meet the requirements of the MOE.
